Once your Workers' Compensation or Auto/Personal Injury prescription is approved, an assigned Medi Dimensions Clinical Specialist (CS) will reach out to schedule an in-home visit.Â
Clinical Specialist Expectations:
Coordinate the delivery of your prescribed device
Review your physician's instructions
Provide copies of all necessary documentation
Fit you with your prescribed device(s)
Offer on-site training on the user-friendly device(s)
Supply personal contact information for 24/7 assistance throughout your prescription duration
Bi-Lingual Patient Education
Following your fitting, you’ll receive a follow-up call from a Medi Dimensions representative to ensure you’re using the device as recommended and to address any additional needs. At the end of your prescription period, your assigned CS will contact you to arrange a closing appointment.
